Brief description
of the Project: |
The CSI has provided funding support to Hong Kong Wireless Technology Industry Association (HKWTIA) to organize a series of activities to recognize the achievements of HK’s smartphone apps industry, to promote business and expand the overseas markets, to nurture creative talents in the industry and to ultimately make HK as the Asian capital of smartphone apps development. The Project comprises the following deliverables: –
- To organise the debut Asian Smartphone Apps Contest
- To organise the Asian Smartphone Apps Summit cum Award Presentation Ceremony in Hong Kong
- To organise an experience sharing session with the Contest finalists in Hong Kong
- To develop a Project web portal and promote the Project through new media presence

5) Jan – Apr 2013: Asian Smartphone Apps Summit cum Award Presentation Ceremony, and experience sharing session in Hong Kong
