Operation Greenlight – Hong Kong Young Filmmakers Pitch Session on 20 March    New

Initiated by CreateHK and Hong Kong Film Development Council (FDC) in conjunction with other parties, the Operation Greenlight organises the Hong Kong Young Filmmakers Pitch Session on 20 March 2019. Four film projects selected from CreateHK and FDC’s First Feature Film Initiative are shortlisted for the pitching.
 
The pitch session is open to trade visitors with admission badges of Operation Greenlight, Hong Kong – Asia Film Financing Forum or FILMART.
 
Sponsored by CreateHK, the DE Pavilion organises the Digital Entertainment Summit with Sharing by Koji Morimoto and a session on VR and AR: The Latest Application in Entertainment on 20 March 2019. Open to FILMART visitors.
 
The DE Pavilion is set up inside FILMART on 18 to 21 March to showcase Hong Kong companies specialising in animation and computer graphic, digital effects for TV, film and advertising, post production, game development and interactive solutions in various platforms.

Sponsored by CreateHK, the Ear Up Music Global 2018/19 supports 15 units of Hong Kong veteran or budding musicians to perform in four Mainland and overseas music festivals in 2019, with a view to broadening the musicians’ international horizon.  The coming line-up of performing festivals are –
  • 25 to 30 April: Strawberry Music Festival in Shanghai;
  • 13 to 18 August: THEATRON Musiksommer in Munich; and
  • September: Zandari Festa in Seoul.
